
One thing you can do to help yourself is to use decoy throw one down and try to kill the minions one at a time. Having said that, you're still probably going to have a rough time with w5 until you get lightning fury. Another benefit here is that charged strike is a skill you're going to be using even at high levels (it does basically the best single target damage of any skill in the game) so it might save you a respec down the line if you plan things right. It wouldn't be a bad idea for you to respec now and then get as many points into charged strike as possible while putting the remainder into P+M skills/synergies.

Charged strike is better than power strike because a) it "always hits" (read: The physical attack attached to charged strike has a hit check, but the bolts themselves don't and will always come out) and b) large targets will eat multiple bolts, making the damage better than power strike even against single targets most of the time. The skill to use before you're level 30 is charged strike. Even if your build wasn't weird, ~25-35 is a very awkward stretch for javazons because they don't have their best skill yet and when they finally do get it they can't really use it because it's too low of a skill level.
